328 Camelia aka "Pete's House"

Front of House Side/Front View of House

Formal Living Room from front hall - gas logs in the fireplaceFormal Living looking into the Dining Room ...love the floors and the ceilings!

Formal living room from dining room

Kitchen looking towards the Family Room - picture it with the white IKEA beadboard cabinets on bottom, black countertops, white tile floor with a black tile border, no cabinets on top - white/stainless steel shelving and hook strips for pots/pans, glass jars, etc.
Looking into kitchen from dining room -the door goes out into the front hall area

Kaitlin's Room from doorway

Kaitlin's Closet from the window side of the room

The girls upstairs bathroom - LOVE the sink. I picture a basket with rolled up towels underneath it. Love the beadboard ceilings everywhere - even in the bathroom!
Family Room from back door. We'll change the carpet, paint the paneling, take down the curtains Laundry area of the family room - where the bookcase is, we'll build a wall to make a mudroom entrance off of the back door

Another shot of the family room - it's actually really good size..probably 20x15?

Close-up of the beadboard ceiling

Standing at the back door looking right - the grown-up patio

Close-up of the Grown-up patio :) Remove bush, put up gazebo type awning, grill and table

The garage is on the back of the house and is really a workshop, not a car garage - Fred's happy.

Standing at the back door looking left - the kids bike, scooter, chalk drawing, rollerskating area. The side yard is actually the biggest "play area" for the swing set, etc. We'll fence that for them and leave this as parking/playing. The driveway runs up the wide of the house and behind to the back door. There is a tree and planting area seperating the end of the driveway from the "grown-up" patio. :)

Standing on the swingset side looking at the bike side/grown-up patio side...make sense? :)

This is at the end of the driveway and to the left of the house ..the opposite side of the back driveway from the other patio...we'll fence this for the kids and swingset area. :)
